Free logo assessment

What  the h*** is a logo assessment?

I have been designing logos for 20 years and have seen how their use has changed over time. Early in my career, logos were primarily designed for print—either on paper or rendered in HUGE sizes on rooftops.

Today, the primary use of logos is digital. The size allotted for rendering a logo online is usually tiny, whether it’s on a webpage or social media. Consequently, the clearer and less complicated a logo is, the better it will withstand digital downscaling and remain “readable,” even at very small sizes.

Many business owners hesitate to update their logos because they feel a strong emotional connection to them. This is completely understandable. However, modernizing a logo doesn’t mean abandoning its key characteristics. Colors and shapes can be preserved to maintain a connection to the original design, while graphic simplification can make the logo better suited for digital use.

I invite you to check out this carousel post I created after redesigning the logo for Aligned Consciousness, Judy Kane’s business. Judy is a long-time member of Virtual Networkers. https://bit.ly/3Szs2Bn

My logo assessment is free and completely obligation-free.

There is no expectation of any purchase. While some people have asked me to redesign their logos based on my recommendations, most are simply grateful to have the report for when or if they decide to upgrade their logos in the future.

To the right is a testimonial from one of our members, Ann Hooper, who did a logo assessment with me but chose not to proceed with hiring me for any logo design work.

Hanne is a pleasure to work with. She’s professional and thorough, and she took the time to understand my business. Not only did she make recommendations for changes that would improve my company’s logo but she explained why she was making each of those recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Hanne in the future

Here’s how it works:

1. Schedule an assessment call with me here

2. Send me an e-mail on: hannebroter@icloud.com and attach your logo.
If you have multiple versions of your logo, please include all of them.

During our call, I will go through my findings and share my recommendations,
which I will also provide to you in a PDF after the meeting.

I look forward to reviewing your logo!
