Ellen Øiesvold Palsén was the first client I had in my new business in 2013. She is the editor of “Norsk Byggebransje” which translates into Norwegian Contracting, –an online hub for the contracting business in Norway. She doesn’t normally wear a hardhat to work, and doesn’t need it, because she really has a hard-headed passion for the contracting industry in Norway. Her business is one that seriously embraces the “virtual team”-model, and is where I enjoy feeling like a part of a team, not an outside contractor.
